As a Rental Coordinator with WCTractor, you'll be the face of our rental operation: the first call customers make and the reason they keep coming back.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills -- you genuinely enjoy talking with people
• Strong customer service mindset with prior sales or customer-facing experience
• Proven ability to plan, problem-solve, and negotiate in a dynamic environment
• Comfortable with computers and general business software, including G-suite

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of construction, agricultural, or related equipment a plus

Responsibilities

• Actively building and maintaining strong customer relationships while matching clients to the right equipment solutions
• Processing rental quotes, reservations, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency using our company operating systems
• Quickly identifying customer concerns and delivering solutions that leave every customer satisfied
• Delivering a consistently exceptional experience to customers, vendors, and teammates alike
• Representing WCTractor with professionalism, enthusiasm, and pride at every interaction
