About The Position

EquipmentShare is seeking a Rental Coordinator for their rental facility in Charlotte, NC. The company is dedicated to transforming the construction industry through innovative technology, real-time support, and a committed team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the rental experience by leveraging EquipmentShare's proprietary T3 technology, which provides current machine information and ensures customers receive the correct equipment promptly. The coordinator will be responsible for responding to inbound leads, guiding customers through the rental process, expanding the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, and educating them on how EquipmentShare's services can save money, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves maintaining existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, keeping them informed about new services, and promptly resolving inquiries, requests, and complaints. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process
  • Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals
  • Educate our customers about the numerous ways EquipmentShare can help save them money, make more money, and operate more efficiently
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving from EquipmentShare
  • Keep them up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience
