The Rental Coordinator is responsible for maintaining asset availability for upcoming operational (PSD) activities that meet the planned and approved activities within the job horizon (0-30 days) and the short-term horizon (0-3 months). This coordinator will plan and create work orders to maintain assets in a timely and efficient manner. They act as a link between operations management, asset maintenance shop, and the planning & supply chain organization and build partnerships with delivery teams to secure timely delivery of resources and services, monitor end-to-end visibility, and improve service level. Activities:Use the understanding of market conditions and activity drivers to convert an activity forecast into a consensus asset plan for Short term horizon.Responsible to review and maintain the consolidated job's asset forecast for the S&OE cycle.Verify the Asset availability for the coming up operations.Create work orders and maintain schedule for asset maintenance workshopEnsure the optimization of the Demand and supply balancing for the short term.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure smooth asset flow, minimizing disruptions while considering potential cost variations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to procurement, inventory control, and supply chain management.
