About the position

The Rental Coordinator at EquipmentShare is responsible for scheduling rentals and ensuring high customer service standards at the Knoxville, TN facility. Responsibilities

• Schedule rentals and maintain customer service standards.
• Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process.
• Expand the customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
• Educate customers on how EquipmentShare can save them money and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay educated on products and services.
