About the position
The Rental Coordinator at EquipmentShare is responsible for scheduling rentals and ensuring high customer service standards at the Provo, UT rental facility. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, maintaining relationships, and utilizing proprietary technology to enhance the rental experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
- Expand the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
- Educate customers about how EquipmentShare can help save them money and operate more efficiently.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with service and support.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay educated on EquipmentShare products and services.
Nice-to-haves
