About The Position

Rick Hendrick Chevrolet (Norfolk) is seeking a responsible individual to assist customers with the vehicle rental process by coordinating with vendors. This position has direct supervisory responsibilities and involves overseeing rental orders, maintaining good relationships with vendors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires participation in training, accurate timekeeping, and adherence to company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior dealership and/or Customer Service experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products
• Ability and knowledge of the Dealership Management System and web based applications utilized for operations
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel

• Experience in Accounting, Automotive, Business, Human Resources, or Information Technology

Responsibilities

• Answers questions about vehicle rental options
• Oversees rental orders
• Oversees administration of rental paperwork
• Maintains good working relationship with vendors
• Communicates as needed with customers about the status of vehicle rentals
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
• Participates in required training
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
• Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values
• Complies with Company policies and procedures
• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
• Performs other duties as assigned
