About The Position
The Rental Cashier serves as a frontline guest service specialist, providing accurate, friendly, and efficient support during equipment rental, retail, lift ticket, and Ski & Snowboard School transactions. This role requires broad knowledge of resort-wide products and services to ensure each guest receives helpful, seamless guidance, and personalized support. By creating a welcoming environment and resolving issues with confidence and care, the Rental Cashier helps guests feel valued and ready for their day on the mountain. This position reports to the Store Manager. Applications for this position will be accepted until October 1, 2025 for the 2025-26 Winter Season.
