About The Position

Are you able to manage people while driving performance success? Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) , a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is looking for the next great leader as a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location. What you'll be doing: Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (non CDL)
• 21 years of age or older
• HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous supervisory experience
• Have experience driving a variety of vehicles
• Flexible with schedule to work night, weekends and holidays as needed
• Able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time

Nice To Haves

• A clean driving record is great but not required
