Swope Rent Rite is seeking a dependable and guest-focused Rental Car Associate to join our team. This position begins part-time and has the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and committed to providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Dependable and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation
• Clean driving record required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
• Quick to pick up new technology
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Assist guests both over the phone and at the rental counter
• Provide outstanding guest services throughout the rental process
• Keep the office clean, organized, and professional always
• Help maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure cars are ready for customers
• Inspect vehicles before and after rentals
• Complete rental paperwork and basic administrative tasks
