Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or within the car rental industry is ideal.
Must work weekends.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Valid driver’s license with good clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years).
Must be 18+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and help them select the right rental vehicle for their needs.
Explain rental options, upgrades, and protection packages with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Coordinate vehicle returns, inspect cars, and ensure smooth, efficient service.
Handle payments and contracts accurately in a busy, customer-driven environment.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure vehicles are rental-ready and presented at their best.
