About The Position
Ray Laethem Dealership is seeking a full-time Rental Car Agent. In this role, you will assist customers with vehicle rentals, reservations, and returns while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- Personal Auto Insurance
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the rental car or automotive industry (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with rental reservations and agreements
- Explain rental terms, insurance options, and vehicle features
- Inspect vehicles before and after rentals for damage and cleanliness
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
