Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Basic computer skills and familiarity with rental management software is a plus
Positive attitude and a professional appearance
Customer Focused
Work well with others
Basic PC skills
Excellent Organizational skills
5 Day work week
Reliable and on time

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or automotive rental preferred

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
Assist customers with rental reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure cleanliness before and after rentals
Process rental agreements and payments accurately
Provide customers with information about vehicle features, rental policies, and local attractions
Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, and vehicle status
Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure vehicle availability and quality
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously
