Mustang Cat is actively recruiting a driven Rental Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Mustang Rental Services Northwest Houston location. This opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated rental equipment specialist looking to take the next step in leadership while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or an industrial-related field
2+ years of experience in the construction equipment rental industry
Strong knowledge of Allied and Caterpillar equipment
Hands-on experience with equipment rental operations
Excellent customer service skills and professional communication abilities
Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

Responsibilities

Lead daily branch operations for Mustang Rental Services' Northwest Houston location
Manage manpower levels to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
Maximize rental fleet utilization, asset management, and equipment readiness
Oversee facility improvements and ensure operational excellence
Collaborate on capital asset planning and future rental equipment needs
Implement and improve rental operational processes and branch performance
Serve as a mentor and leader for rental coordinators and rental equipment specialists
