About The Position

A Day in the Life: The Multi Month Rental Specialist supports billing for customers on long-term rental contracts, including assisting in credit authorizations. This role provides an excellent customer experience over the phone and through email by answering questions and researching billing issues. The Specialist will use their attention to detail to effectively document interactions and enter administer long-term rental billing. We expect the starting wage to be around $16.83.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft programs, specifically Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills/experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Run regular reports and take appropriate actions to resolve issues related to long-term billing and credit authorizations.
• Maintain internal security tax and fees billing tables in internal system for SOX compliance and billing accuracy.
• Process Multi Month refunds, billing, and associated fees, including reconciling final Multi Month bill across systems.
• Research and document customer and account questions or discrepancies.
• Partner with departments to address unique or sensitive issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
