About The Position

The Rental Associate is primarily responsible for maintaining our
rental equipment inventory and providing exceptional customer service to our
clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, preferably in a rental or construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment.
• Basic knowledge of building materials and construction equipment.
• Proficient in computer skills and able to learn new software quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with rental inquiries and transactions
• Maintain and organize rental equipment, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure safety and functionality
• Process rental agreements and handle payments
• Provide product demonstrations and instructions to customers on proper use of equipment
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery and pickup of rental equipment
• Communicate with customers to schedule deliveries and pickups
• Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of rental equipment inventory and transactions
• Assist with general store operations, including stocking shelves and inventory management
