Rental Associate (Aspen, CO, US)
About The Position
Rental associates are responsible for generating sales through world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience. A Rental Associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following: Mountain Activities Retail Rental operations Food and Beverage Support Ticket sales or scanning Lift Operations Base Area Operations
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends
- Commitment to exceptional Customer Service
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
- Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
- Fit guests with equipment - we'll train you!
- Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options
- Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard
- May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales
- Other duties as assigned
