About The Position

Rental Agents are responsible for customer reservations while providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Other tasks include , performing inspections, managing inventory, making follow-up calls, and cleaning vehicles. The position requires availability from 7:30am–3:00pm on Saturdays and 10:00am–7:00pm on Sundays. New hires must be able to attend weekday training sessions initially. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Professional communication skills
• Problem resolution experience
• Minimum age of 18
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
