About The Position

Rental Sales Agent $17/hr + Uncapped Commission + $1,000 Hiring Bonus (Yearly Salary Range - $30,000.00 - $70,000.00) Full-Time | High-Traffic Location | Fast-Paced Sales Environment Are you an experienced sales professional or customer service expert ready to take your earning potential to the next level? Bob's Rentals, operating as AVIS Rent a Car, is actively hiring for a Rental Sales Agent with strong communication skills , a goal-driven mindset , and a passion for delivering exceptional service . This is a high-energy, performance-based role with uncapped commission and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced airport location. What We Offer Starting Pay: $17.00/hr during 90-day training, then $15.00/hr. (Yearly Salary Range - $30,000.00 - $70,000.00) Pay differential for any hours worked Monday- Friday from 6:00PM to close as and for all weekend shifts. Commission-Based Pay Structure: The more you sell, the more you earn - no cap! $1,000 Hiring Bonus after 90 days! Back-to-Back Days Off every week for work-life balance. Promote add-ons, upgrades, and protection products to maximize value and revenue. Quickly assess customer needs and tailor solutions that enhance their rental experience. Manage check-ins, returns, exchanges, and conflict resolution with professionalism. Maintain a high level of productivity and accountability in a fast-moving environment.
