About The Position

Budget is looking to add a couple part-time Rental Agents for evenings at the airport in Grand Island. This position is responsible for closing reservations, inspecting vehicles, and preparing cars for rental. Open availability is preferred as we have morning, evening, and weekend shifts available. Budget has a team oriented and collaborative culture that values rewarding individual contribution. Rental Agents can earn up to $20/HR after commission. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Professional communication skills
Problem resolution experience
Minimum age of 18
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record

Responsibilities

Greet customers and address customer inquiries
Perform sales and educate customers on product details
Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions
Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage
Report damages to on-duty supervisors
Scan returning vehicles back into system
Provide computerized receipts to customer
Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.
Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed
