About The Position

Rental Sales Agent $17/hr + Uncapped Commission + $1,000 Hiring Bonus (Yearly Salary Range - $30,000.00 - $70,000.00) Full-Time | High-Traffic Location | Fast-Paced Sales Environment Are you an experienced sales professional or customer service expert ready to take your earning potential to the next level? Bob's Rentals, operating as AVIS Rent a Car, is actively hiring for a Rental Sales Agent with strong communication skills , a goal-driven mindset , and a passion for delivering exceptional service . This is a high-energy, performance-based role with uncapped commission and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced airport location. What We Offer Starting Pay: $17.00/hr during 90-day training, then $15.00/hr. (Yearly Salary Range - $31,000.00 - $70,000.00) Pay differential for any hours worked Monday- Friday from 6:00PM to close as and for all weekend shifts. Commission-Based Pay Structure: The more you sell, the more you earn - no cap! $1,000 Hiring Bonus after 90 days! Back-to-Back Days Off every week for work-life balance. Requirements

  • Have 1+ years of experience in retail sales , commission-based roles , call centers , hospitality , or customer support (Preferred)
  • Are motivated by results , bonuses , and performance-based pay.
  • Are proactive problem-solvers who love working with people.
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy.
  • Are reliable, organized , and committed to providing top-tier service.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and can pass a standard driving record check. (Required)
