Requirements

A customer service rockstar who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Someone who can multitask and manage multiple priorities with ease.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy with good computer proficiency.
The ability to operate powered industrial equipment (certification provided if needed!).
A passion for keeping things organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Be the go-to person for customers and internal teams in need of rental equipment.
Handle phone inquiries and match customers with the right material handling and construction equipment.
Track equipment availability and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Work with outside freight carriers and vendors for re-rentals and out-of-state shipments.
Prepare and follow up on rental quotes, invoices, and contracts.
Oversee the check-in/check-out process of rental equipment, ensuring everything is returned in good condition.
Partner with our sales and service teams to guarantee top-tier customer satisfaction.
Maintain rental equipment records and ensure all rentals are ready for the road.
Assist the credit department with billing inquiries and long-term rental management.
