About The Position

The Rent2Buy Field & Customer Support Specialist is responsible for supporting car sales customers and field employees through email and phone communication. The salary for this position is $14.70 per hour with the opportunity for incentives.

Requirements

• 2 years of previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills.
• Available to work on weekends and evenings.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PC Excalibur, DASH, and Advent systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mange incoming calls for the Hertz Car Sales division.
• Coordinate Rent2Buy reservations by determining vehicle availability and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure cars are at the correct location on time.
• Book or cancel reservations using internal reservation system.
• Maintain communication with the field to ensure customers are receiving the proper service throughout their rental experience.
• Monitor all Rent2buy rentals to make sure customers are paying for the car purchased within the Rent2Buy time frame.
• Reclass vehicles to the store’s inventory as needed.
• Process all Rent2buy deals and make sure deals are properly funded.
• Support and coach the field on the Rent2buy process.
