About The Position

The Renovations Director will manage and oversee all aspects of residential projects in the assigned market. The role will identify and secure internal and external resources, interact with clients, manage schedules and budgets, ensure safe execution of fieldwork, and deliver quality work product.

Employee performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all internal/external customers of Offerpad with an excellent service experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years extensive project management/residential construction management experience
• Ability to oversee multiple projects
• Residential Construction management experience
• New home builder superintendent experience
• Experience with principles of budgeting, accounting and procurement in order to manage renovations project

Responsibilities

• Oversee Project Managers and Foremen for residential renovations projects
• Review/approve scope of work for all projects
• Manage, schedule and monitor deadlines for completion of projects within timeline and within budget
• Setup/manage vendor relationships and pricing
• Manage/process expense reports for Project Managers/Foremen
• Hire, coach, develop and manage performance of all team members. Ensure Offerpad values are adhered to and consistently demonstrated.
