About The Position

The Renovation Project Coordinator (RPC) owns full lifecycle of any HD Supply renovation projects. They will serve as a main point of contact for customer escalations and field sales. The ideal candidate will have the following: Reliable transportation to our office in Santee, CA Customer Issue Resolution Experience Vendor Relations Investigation Experience Experience using Microsoft Excel/Word/Office SAP and Salesforce or similar CRM knowledge a PLUS; not required Must be able to pass a background check and drug test This role offers: Full-Time Schedule: 8am-5pm MON-FRI Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate DOE Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision/401k- 90 days after employment PTO/Vacation Time Job Summary Oversees multiple renovation projects from initiation through completion. Partners with all project stakeholders to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation to our office in Santee, CA

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel/Word/Office
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  • Generally 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Provides sales support initiatives for renovation projects, including planning, tracking, and reporting activities to ensure project success.
  • Serves as a point of contact for all project stakeholders, including field sales, field installation teams, and valued customers, addressing any questions, concerns, or project-related issues.
  • Manages material and labor needs and promptly identifies alternative products while implementing solutions to minimize project disruptions.
  • Collaborates to develop project schedules and manage deliveries.
  • Resolves scheduling conflicts and ensures a smooth project execution.
  • Provides regular updates to project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, milestones, and relevant changes.
