Requirements

  • 1 + years of experience carrying an individual revenue quota in technology sales.
  • Business-to-business quota carrying sales experience from another industry that wants to move into technology sales (sorry selling to consumers and individuals doesn’t count).
  • 2+ years of Sales Development experience in a technology company in Silicon Valley that is hungry for a chance to move into a revenue closing role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing customer accounts in the mid-market segment to ensure that they are successfully using Netskope.
  • Develop an overall account retention strategy leading to a 90+% renewal rate in the assigned territory/accounts.
  • Up-sell Netskope products and services to existing customers.
  • Overachieve on renewal revenue targets through comprehensive account management.
  • Maintain a high level of forecast accuracy.
  • Pricing and contract negotiation expertise.
  • Working with channel partners to maintain customer relationships and complete renewals prior to the expiration date.
  • Extensive coordination with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams.
