We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, high-impact experiences for Renewal Managers working across Salesforce's renewals ecosystem. This role will focus on designing sophisticated system interactions that seamlessly integrate Agentforce AI capabilities, Tableau analytics, and Canvas graphic tools to streamline renewal workflows and drive customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven track record designing complex, data-driven applications for business users
  • Experience with design systems and creating scalable design patterns
  • Portfolio demonstrating systems-level thinking and end-to-end workflow design
  • Experience with Salesforce solutions such as: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Slack, Canvas, Data Cloud, Tableau, Tableau Next, Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
  • Experience designing for AI/ML-powered features or conversational interfaces
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and analytics UX
  • Understanding of collaborative tools and real-time editing experiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing for sales operations, customer success, or renewals teams
  • Familiarity with larger Salesforce platform and ecosystem
  • Background in designing Tableau dashboards or embedded analytics
  • Experience with Canvas or similar collaborative documentation tools
  • Understanding of enterprise software workflows and complex B2B processes
  • Experience with data systems such as Snowflake and Databricks

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end user experiences for Renewal Managers, focusing on simplifying the experience of complex workflows involving customer data analysis, renewal forecasting, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Create intuitive interfaces that integrate Agentforce AI recommendations, Tableau dashboards, and Canvas documentation into cohesive visuals
  • Develop design systems and patterns specific to renewals operations that scale across different user personas and use cases
  • Design conversational UI patterns for Agentforce interactions for internal and external constituents that enhance (not replace) the decision-making process
  • Create information architectures that surface the right data at the right time in the renewal lifecycle
  • Design for edge cases and exception handling in high-stakes renewal scenarios
  • Design systems to consolidate multiple data runs into intuitive interfaces to make rapid determinations.
  • Assist in notification and alerting strategies to allow users to make the best decisions of large data sets
  • Assist in redesign and enhancement of email notifications and how to represent user data to the customer
  • Consult on “Nudge Overload“ and best practices for throttling messaging or redesigning how messages are delivered timely to users
  • Partner with Renewal Managers, Sales Operations, and Product teams to understand pain points and opportunities
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis specific to renewals processes
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and optimal implementation
  • Work closely with the Experience Design leadership team (reporting to Sr. Director level) to align on design strategy
  • Design Agentforce agent interactions that provide actionable insights for renewal decisions
  • Create data visualization patterns that make Tableau analytics accessible and actionable for busy Renewal Managers
  • Create projected analysis visualizations that predict the future based on past data trends
  • Design Canvas templates and workflows optimized for renewal documentation and stakeholder alignment
  • Balance AI-generated recommendations with human oversight and control
