The Renewals Manager will lead the development and execution of a new renewals function, driving retention and revenue growth across a portfolio of active accounts. Starting as an individual contributor, you will own client renewals and guide them through transitions to updated pricing structures. As the function matures, you will build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of renewals specialists to scale impact across thousands of accounts. This role works closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of renewal strategies with client needs and organizational goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, is highly data-driven, and has a proven ability to influence and negotiate with clients while implementing scalable processes.
