The Renewals Manager is an individual contributor inside-sales role that sits at the frontlines of customer retention and growth. You’ll own and manage a portfolio of accounts, driving successful renewals and uncovering opportunities to expand relationships through cross-sell and upsell motions. In this role, you’ll analyze and understand a customer’s business, processes, challenges, and objectives, working closely with Account Executives, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to help customers achieve their goals.
