The Innovation team provides technical solutions (Agentforce, AI, Automation) for the Renewals team 6 months in the future. This includes developing new products and approaches to enhance the Renewals process leveraging every Salesforce and non-Salesforce technology at our disposal.
Requirements
- Hands-on access with Snowflake, Databricks, Notebook LLM, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce and other tools to build, test, access and UAT data and modeling
- Executive presentations to summarize findings and review roadblocks
- KPI generation on effectiveness of results
Responsibilities
- ML Modeling Lead field partnership program: recruit volunteers, prep input sheets, provide enablement
- Serve as program-level PM
- Own ML training dataset: Snowflake table creation, ongoing updates, and quality
- Evaluate ML output and guide model refinement
- UAT: Conduct data analysis and SME review of field inputs to identify new predictive elements
- Act as Renewals SME for Data Cloud integration
- Partner closely with Renewals Partners to define end-to-end data needs
- Work with ML deployment to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure stakeholder alignment, documentation, timelines, and cross-functional readiness
- Oversee data cleanliness, structure, and future AI/Agent model compatibility
- Work with Data, Analytics, DET teams to design the future needs for architectural support to support future AI/ML requests
- Advise on proper models and approaches
- Advise and enable field on nomenclature, conventions and how data is generated
