Renewals Coordinator

Alvaria is seeking a diligent and customer-focused Renewals Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position is essential in ensuring the seamless renewal of customer contracts, thereby supporting the company's revenue goals and fostering long-term customer relationships. The Renewals Coordinator will report directly to the VP of Customer Success and will be responsible for managing the renewals pipeline, preparing and sending renewal quotes and contracts, and tracking outstanding renewals to ensure timely closure before contract expiration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. In this role, the Renewals Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding renewals, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Proactive communication with customers is key to ensuring they are aware of upcoming renewals and any changes to their agreements. The Renewals Coordinator will work closely with the sales and customer success teams to address customer needs and ensure a smooth renewal process. Data management and reporting are also critical components of this position. The Renewals Coordinator will maintain accurate records of renewal activities in the CRM system and generate regular reports on renewal status, performance metrics, and potential risks. Identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement based on renewal data will be an important aspect of the role. Collaboration with finance, legal, and other departments is necessary to ensure all renewal terms are met and properly documented. The Renewals Coordinator will assist in the development and implementation of renewal strategies and processes, providing feedback to improve product offerings, customer service, and renewal processes. This position may also involve performing related duties and fulfilling responsibilities as required.
