About The Position

SBMA, a third-party administrator, is an affordable ACA-compliant benefits provider to thousands of employers. Their goal is to simplify the complexity of providing employee benefits. SBMA is different because of its personal service, speed of implementation, and innovative approach to benefits coverage. SBMA is currently seeking a Renewals Admin I to join our growing team. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

  • Administrative experience
  • Strong background with Excel and Word (Required, 1 year)

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance-related experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Update Wrike with correct renewal information, including mapping and final plans
  • Set up and process basic renewals
  • Process Amendments
  • Order Benefit Guides
  • Group/broker contact updates
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned
  • Manage the renewals inbox and requests directed toward the renewals team and escalate as necessary
