The SMB Renewal Specialist is responsible for coordinating with SMB CSMs and customers to provide pricing quotes for renewals and then successfully and efficiently close those opportunities. This role involves managing all opportunities within an assigned customer portfolio, performing research to understand customer health and account status, and strategizing with SMB CSMs and Account Managers to maximize bookings through renewals, add-ons, and upsells. The specialist will also conduct proactive discovery with customers, handle objections, negotiate terms, and generate pricing quotes while maintaining impeccable administration of opportunities in the company's CRM.
