About The Position

The Renewal Sales Representative will be part of a dynamic and impactful team responsible for managing and driving the renewal sales process for SS&C Advent. This role involves engaging with clients to deliver value, cross-selling and up-selling products and services, and managing the full sales cycle from quote to close. The position emphasizes empowerment, accountability, and personal career ownership within a supportive and flexible work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • 1-3 years of sales development experience with cold calling and outbound sales leads.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline.
  • Ability to qualify actual interest through various criteria (budget, sponsor, need, timeline).
  • Understanding of the sales process and timing.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Experience with consultative selling techniques.
  • High energy and a desire to build sales skills.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients to drive value with SS&C offerings.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell a variety of products and services.
  • Own the sales process from quote to close.
  • Contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Manage special sales projects for high-performing individuals.
  • Leverage cross-functional resources to achieve sales results.
  • Develop relationships with Account Management Teams to enhance sales.
