  • Adhere to all safety protocols , including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures, and lead site safety assessments.
  • Maintain company property and equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Accurately complete all administrative work, including daily maintenance logs , work orders, time tracking, and warranty/inventory documentation.
  • Attend all required safety and technical training.
  • Maintain the highest level of system integrity and support site budget control by seeking efficiencies.
  • Technician 2, 3, & 4 participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for system monitoring and fault identification.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required for all levels.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license (all levels).
  • Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and structures to heights of over 300 feet (91 meters) and work at those heights and in confined spaces.
  • Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain) and in an electrical-mechanical environment with high voltage/stored energy .
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 35 pounds and frequently lift up to 50 pounds .
  • Due to weight restrictions for fall-arrest equipment, the maximum employee weight must not exceed 285 lbs .
