About The Position
This position will work in any position in Rendering/Refinery departments. This position must be willing to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk 10-12 hours a day. The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation. Work around meat environment such as blood, fat, bones, hair, and any other cattle product. This position will be required to work in inclement environment; hot, cold, humid, icy, dusty, etc. with temperatures ranging from 20 degrees to 100 degrees. Positions involve operating heavy machinery while keeping production running and filling out paperwork. Driving forklift and transporting product to different areas as needed. Clean-up using a shovel, high pressure hoses as well as chemicals. The Team Member must be willing to complete all required training for the job and perform any other duties as assigned. Must be able to perform position tasks. In addition, qualified candidates will be available to work any assigned shift, including weekends, and available for overtime. The Rendering/Refinery facility operates 3 shifts, 24 hours a day. All job offers are based on the conditions that the candidate can provide proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and pass a urinalysis screening which is part of the post-offer health assessment.
