About The Position

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the operation of the plant Oversee and thoroughly train new employees in plant operations and plant safety Manage personnel placed under your supervision Comply with and ensure all Fieldale Farms policies are followed Complete required daily paperwork (Daily Production workbook in Excel) Submit employee vacation forms Complete any other tasks assigned by the plant manager Complete Supervisor and safety training

Requirements

• Able to work days or nights with flexibility
• MS office, excel, word and outlook skills desired
• unrestricted physical activities
• Effective written and oral communication skills and problem solving skills desired
• Valid state issued drivers license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Maintenance background is a plus
