About The Position

Rayaldee treats stage 3 or 4 chronic kidney disease (CKD) with secondary hyperparathyroidism (SHPT) and Vitamin D insufficiency. Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of pharmaceutical specialty physician sales with a proven track record.
  • Experience in retail pharmaceutical sales, not buy and bill.
  • Demonstrated ability with specialty pharmacies and pull-through experience.
  • Specialty pharmaceutical experience with Nephrology and/or endocrinology preferred.
  • Experience in working in start-up pharmaceuticals or biopharma companies preferred.
  • Organized, motivated, and possess strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to meet the needs of territory geography.
  • Knowledge of CRM/Salesforce required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a proven sales record of results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience as 'CEO' of own territory.
  • Experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales in Nephrology and/or endocrinology.

Responsibilities

  • Target the Nephrology/Endocrinology audiences in both community and academic settings.
  • Act as the 'CEO' of the sales territory.
  • Foster an open dialogue and demonstrate outstanding customer service.
  • Learn OPKO products and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with disease state, product, and competitors.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and execute excellence.
