About The Position

In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing the channel partner experience by transforming intricate workflows into user-friendly designs. Your expertise will allow you to navigate interaction and visual design while collaborating with various teams, ensuring efficient and impactful solutions. You will be responsible for advancing our design system and creating high-quality prototypes that meet the evolving needs of our users, all from a flexible remote setting.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of UX laws, usability heuristics, and design principles.
  • 3-6 years of experience as a UX or Product Designer (B2B or enterprise experience preferred).
  • A proactive generalist who approaches problems with action-oriented solutions.
  • Proficient in visual design and possesses a portfolio showcasing impactful work.
  • Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Experience with design systems, component libraries, and accessibility principles.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Jira, Mural, Microsoft 365, and some QA tools.
  • Strong communication skills to convey design decisions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end channel partner experience.
  • Conduct research and utilize behavioral data to inform design decisions and iterate quickly.
  • Create information architecture, user flows, and interactive prototypes to simplify complex processes.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and fellow UX designers.
  • Contribute to and evolve our Figma component library.
  • Balance visual and interaction design with a focus on functionality and aesthetics.
