Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, treasury, or similar roles.
• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience in project management and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Critical thinking skills to enhance financial processes.
• Familiarity with treasury management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s daily cash position and initiate related transactions.
• Build and maintain cash forecasting models and reports.
• Work closely with various teams on intercompany loans and complex transactions.
• Administer electronic banking portals and documentation.
• Lead the allocation of loans to investors and related forecasts.
• Manage relationships with banking partners and lenders.
• Support month-end close activities and organize financial documents.
• Implement a Treasury Management System (TMS) for improved operations.
