Responsibilities

Conduct virtual consultations to gather travel preferences and logistical requirements
Research destination options, accommodations, transportation, and activities
Secure reservations and verify all booking details prior to confirmation
Prepare organized itineraries and documentation for client review
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm service accuracy
Monitor active itineraries and manage revisions or adjustments as needed
Maintain accurate digital records within internal systems
