This position is responsible for selling travel to AAA Members and non-Members in a professional and service oriented manner while supporting the ACG preferred partner program. Answers incoming phone calls, responds to Internet inquiries, and outbound calls to consult and sell cruise and tour travel services, air, car and hotel travel services to AAA members and other clients, abiding by the policies and procedures of AAA Auto Club Group and the Travel Agency business unit at all times. Home computer access is required. Actively seeks out opportunities to establish and strengthen client relationships to influence, promote and increase awareness of travel products and services that are offered through AAA. Consultation and sale of cruise, tour related services, air, car and hotel to AAA members and non-member customers providing the highest level of customer service. Reviews and responds to all customer inquiries regarding travel. Support the AAA Auto Club Group’s Travel preferred partner program. Meet or exceed expected sales levels. Maintain proficiency in all automation programs operated by AAA Auto Club Group inclusive of but not limited to POS, AAA SignaTours, IP Agent, home access process and Microsoft Office products. Also maintain awareness of aaa.com products and services. Follow accounting procedures and policies and ensures that all Accounting documents and client files are completed accurately and timely. Participate in industry programs, product knowledge seminars, training programs and Fam trips.
