About The Position
We are seeking a RemoteTravel Planner to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking personalised travel experiences. Youll provide expert guidance, research destinations, and create custom itineraries, ensuring each trip is seamless and memorable.
Requirements
- Passion for travel and creating exceptional client experiences.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a home-based environment.
- Must be a citizen of the United Kingdom, United States, Mexico, or Australia.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and budget.
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Create and present customised travel itineraries.
- Manage bookings for flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions.
- Provide client support before, during, and after travel.
- Stay up to date on travel industry trends, destinations, and supplier offerings.
