About The Position

We’re currently hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for adult patients through one of our trusted Missouri-based partners.

Requirements

Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Active Missouri LCSW and/or LPC license strongly preferred
Full-time availability (40 hours per week) during CST
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Telehealth experience preferred
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
Provide both therapy services to patients (majority ages 18+, with some ages 8+) with moderate/high acuity with largely general psychiatric diagnoses.
Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
