This is a brand-new position created in response to the growing provider shortage in California. The organization is building a telehealth model to expand patient access to care and will partner with a third-party technology provider to supply all necessary remote equipment. This role will focus primarily on: Conducting virtual audiograms Diagnostic testing and interpretation Remote troubleshooting and patient support Potential future incorporation of cochlear implant (CI) services Documentation and collaboration with on-site clinical teams This is designed to be a diagnostic and clinical support-focused role, rather than a sales-driven position. Despite the lack of traditional device sales responsibilities, compensation will be structured similarly to on-site providers — making this an especially attractive opportunity for an audiologist who prefers a clinical emphasis without revenue pressure.
