About The Position

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading technical project initiatives that drive the development of advanced Practice Management Software and Payment Solutions. Your influence will be felt across multiple teams as you foster collaboration and ensure best practices in project execution. You will be responsible for coaching teams, tracking project progress, and managing dependencies to facilitate successful outcomes. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an Analyst, Development Manager, or Developer with technical teams.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Leader, or Program Manager, preferably using Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC principles and practices.
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify and resolve project-related issues.
  • Skills to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, able to influence change at higher management levels.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with high competency.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and unforeseen challenges.
  • Proven experience using AI tools to enhance workflows and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage technical project plans and schedules highlighting various phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Work with engineers and cross-functional project leaders to set and manage priorities.
  • Understand technical aspects of the project and provide guidance to the team.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and dependencies.
  • Track progress and communicate project status regularly to all parties.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Document and track dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Define success criteria and monitor progress against it.
  • Facilitate KPI metrics definition and reporting needs.
  • Ensure standards and best practices for consistency and predictability.
