About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in CIS, MIS, IT, or related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of prior industry experience (Enterprise preferred).
Experience with enterprise SAN/NAS technologies.
Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Proven experience in Linux/Windows installation and troubleshooting.
Experience in multi-site datacenter operations.
Relevant certification in support technology field.

Responsibilities
