About The Position

We are seeking a Full-Time Adult-Focused Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team! To be considered, you’ll need to currently hold — or have previously held — a valid Washington State SLP license . If you also have a Colorado State SLP license , that’s a plus (but not required). Requirements

Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology.
Completion of clinical affiliation and national exam.
Washington State SLP License (or eligible upon hire) and/or Alaska State SLP License.
BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of clinical experience.
Certifications in SpeakOUT and/or LSVT.
Trained in Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) (Vital stim/amp care)
Familiarity with high-quality AAC intervention strategies.
Experience across a diverse range of clinical presentations.
Specialty certifications such as MPSImP, or board certifications in neurogenic communication disorders, voice, or swallowing.

Responsibilities

Begin with a full time schedule of 32 hours, with the potential to expand to 40 hours, depending on your preferences.
Provide individualized therapy to primarily adults with a range of communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing needs.
Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with patients and families.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and reporting.
