About The Position
All Care Therapies is seeking dedicated Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our innovative team, providing remote therapy services across all 50 states, particularly focusing on clients in California and Nevada. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver in-home speech therapy through teletherapy, allowing you to work with a diverse clientele, including children and adults with various speech and language disorders. As a therapist-owned organization, we prioritize the needs of our clients and the professional growth of our team members. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting remote speech-language therapy services, performing online assessments to determine eligibility for services, and developing individualized plans of care tailored to each client's unique needs. You will maintain a caseload that includes children, adults, and geriatric clients, ensuring that all documentation is kept up to date and compliant with our standards. This role requires a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week for part-time positions and 30 hours per week for full-time roles, providing flexibility while ensuring that our clients receive the care they need.
