Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering (Required)
4-7 years of experience in enterprise sourcing, particularly in Engineering, Construction, and Facilities Maintenance (Required)
Experience in strategic sourcing, including development and management of category strategies, RFP/RFI development, and contract negotiations (Required)
Proficiency in negotiation and managing contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms (Required)
Strong analytical skills to assess procurement data and make informed decisions (Required)
Understanding of market trends and business principles relevant to procurement and supply chain management (Required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting in sourcing activities (Required)
