The SNOW ITOM Architect role is focused on designing and implementing IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions using ServiceNow. This position requires expertise in integrating ServiceNow with other tools, managing CMDB architecture, and customizing ServiceNow instances to meet organizational needs. The architect will lead the configuration and customization efforts while ensuring best practices are followed in the implementation of ServiceNow modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
